Resolution:
Unity has an entry-level technical support plan called Starter Success. You can sign up by going to the success plans page and clicking Contact us to speak with our sales team about your project and needs.
The Starter Success plan is a technical support package that enables you to solve issues with assistance from Unity engineers so you can get back to work on your projects. It offers access to our ticketing system, standard technical support, a 48-hour response time, a dedicated partner advisor, and private fireside chats with Unity experts.
The Starter Success plan can help you resolve common errors or problems that come up while you are working in the Unity Editor. Our support engineers provide tips and tricks, workarounds, guidance on achieving better performance for your project, and answers to general Editor questions. Examples include reducing file sizes for mobile, solving memory leaks, and providing more clarity on Editor error prompts.
See our Success Plan Description page for further details about what's included within each plan.
Please note: Unity's technical support and ticketing system are currently only available in English. Our dedicated advisors try their best to accommodate your preferred language. However, we can only guarantee English support. Success Plans are available globally. |
