How to upload builds directly to Steam when using Unity Build Automation?

Symptoms:

• I would like to automatically upload my builds to Steam when using UBA.

Cause:

To upload UBA builds to Steam automatically, one has to get access to Steam upload tools, make sure that they work, as well as get access to the uncompressed build for the upload.

Resolution:

UBA currently does not have official support to upload directly to Steam, but users are able to use a post-build script to do it themselves. Here are some examples of users who have done that:
