Symptoms:

I purchased a subscription on a monthly payment plan, but I want to pay off the rest of my 12-month contract at once.
- Can I pay off my subscription early?
Cause:
We have two subscription payment options at check-out - one year, paid monthly, and one year prepaid. If you select to pay for your subscription monthly and change your mind, you can pay off the remaining months of your contract in one.
| Note: Changing your subscription from prepaid to monthly is not possible. |
Resolution:
| Important: If you purchased a Unity Pro subscription on or after April 22, 2024, the option to pay for the remainder of your subscription is unavailable. |
To pay off the remaining amount of your subscription, follow the below steps:
- Provided you are the Organization Owner, sign in at id.unity.com
- Select Organizations from the left-side menu.
- Select the Organization associated with your subscription.
- Click Manage (cog icon) to the right of the subscription you want to edit.
- Within the Subscription progress window, select the Pay for the remaining period button.
- You're redirected to a page that confirms the amount left to pay for the rest of your commitment period and the card details for your payment card. If the details are correct, you can select Confirm to continue.
