Symptoms:

Cause:
Ziva licenses are bound to a specific MAC address. Changing your machine or using dynamic MAC addresses will make your Ziva license invalid.
Resolution:
If you are using an Academic or Evaluation Ziva VFX license, you must order a new license and input your new MAC Address.

If you are using a Studio or Indie license, please contact Ziva Support, who can delete your previous license and issue you a new one.
