Can I use assets to train AI models?

Symptoms:

• Can I use assets from the Unity Asset Store to train Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models, using my personal computer or a 3rd party system?

• I would like to experiment with Artificial Intelligence generation, is this allowed using content available on the Asset Store?
• I'm working with AI models. Can I include assets from the Asset Store in their training?

Resolution:

All content sold or distributed on the Unity Asset Store cannot be used to train AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) models on your personal computer system or through an upload to a 3rd party system, such as Stable Diffusion or Midjourney for example.

All of your rights and obligations regarding the use of assets are described in section 2 of the Asset Store EULA.
