I've purchased the wrong SpeedTree subscription.

Symptoms:

• I've accidentally purchased a SpeedTree Cinema license, but I need SpeedTree for Games.
• I purchased SpeedTree Games by mistake, but I need SpeedTree Cinema.
• I accidentally purchased a SpeedTree subscription. What do I do?

Resolution:

It is not possible to modify a SpeedTree license once it's purchased. In cases where a SpeedTree Games/ Cinema license is mistakenly purchased, the license must be canceled to enable you to purchase the correct license instead.

If you've mistakenly purchased an incorrect SpeedTree license, contact the Customer Experience team with the following information:

• Purchasing email address.
• Order number.
• License key (if applicable).
