Cause:
The cause and resolution differ depending on the services you use.
- If you are a Unity Ads publisher, see the article 'Why has my Organization been locked?' for the cause and solution.
- If you are a UGS or Unity DevOps user, your organization is locked if a UGS or DevOps payment fails three times consecutively.
Resolution:
To unlock your dashboard, a valid payment instrument must be added to your account to clear all outstanding invoices.
To add a new payment method to your Unity dashboard organization, navigate to https://payments.unity3d.com/login.
After you have successfully added your new payment method, contact Customer Experience with the related account information, and we will proceed with the unlocking process.
