After a publisher has agreed to a refund for an asset and has contacted Unity to confirm it can go ahead, there is a slight delay in the funds being transferred back to your original payment method.
This is dependent on the bank's method of processing transfers.
Assuming that the asset publisher has given us their authorization to process the refund, it can take some time to transfer the funds over, so they are available within your account.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to be transferred to your account. However, they may be available sooner. If it has been more than 10 business days since the publisher confirmed that your refund had been made, please get in touch with Customer Service, and we will check on the progress of the payment.
Refunds will be transferred to the original purchasing account. If you used PayPal for your purchase, the funds would be refunded to your PayPal account, rather than to your bank account.
