- I cannot use my Pro/ Plus/ Enterprise subscription license.
- I am getting an error that says my subscription has expired.
- I have received an email stating that my subscription will be deactivated if payments are not made.
Your subscription license can expire if you have completed your initial 12 month commitment period and are on a flexible plan.
Note: Flexible monthly subscriptions are only available for subscriptions purchased prior to June 1st 2020.
If you have missed a payment, there is a 14 day period to give you time to update your details. If the payment has not been made during this period, your license will automatically expire.
Please note: New Plus, Pro and Enterprise subscriptions purchased after June 1st 2020, will automatically renew for another 12 month commitment period unless automatic renewal is switched off prior to renewal. These subscriptions will be deactivated if payment is not made, but will not automatically expire.
If your subscription is on a flexible plan, meaning you’ve completed the initial 12 month commitment period, the subscription will be deactivated if all outstanding payments have not been made within 14 days.
Once your subscription has expired (deactivated), there is no way to retrieve your subscription.
If a Pro, Plus or Enterprise subscription is needed, then a new subscription must be purchased and a further 12 month commitment period is necessary.
