- I need to download the invoices for my Unity Pro/ Plus subscription.
- I would like a copy of my subscription invoices.
- I did not receive the invoice for my subscription.
- I want to download an invoice for my Unity subscription.
There are two scenarios where users can request a copy of their Unity subscription invoice:
Users who purchased their license before June 2016
The invoices are emailed to the purchasing email account. If you have mistakenly deleted the email, please contact Unity support with the details of the purchase.
Users who purchased a license after June 2016, or migrated an old license to the new licensing system
Invoices can only be accessed via the Unity ID portal providing that you are the organization owner.
|Note: Users within an organization that are assigned the manager or user roles cannot view or download invoices.|
Owners of Unity organizations can download subscription invoices via the Unity ID portal:
- Visit id.unity.com and log into your Unity ID.
- Click Organizations to the left of the screen.
- Click the organization your subscription is associated with.
- Click Transaction History to the left of the screen.
- Click the Purchases tab and download the PDF invoices by clicking Download.
