Subscriptions purchased before June 1, 2020, automatically renew to a ‘flexible’ contract, which means you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Subscriptions purchased after June 1, 2020, automatically renew for another 12-month contract.
If you have purchased your subscription through direct contact with our Sales team, these do not automatically renew unless previously agreed. You must speak to your Unity Client Partner directly to arrange a renewal.
If you do not want your subscription to renew at the end of your commitment period, you can cancel before the last contracted bill date. You can do this via the instructions outlined in the article 'How do I cancel my subscription?'
If you choose to allow your subscription to renew, you can make changes to the subscription in advance, such as selecting a different payment plan within your subscription management page.

If your subscription is housed under id.unity.com and you are the Unity organization Owner, please follow the steps below to see how your subscription will renew:
- Sign into your Unity ID.
- Click Organizations to the left of the screen.

Click the organization that the subscription is linked to.

Click Manage (cog icon) to the right of your subscription. (Note: If you’re unable to find your subscription listed on this page, it may be managed through the new system. Click here to jump to your resolution.)

The subscription page shows how much your next payment is and the date it is due to be charged.

I clicked Complete Onboarding during purchase/ My subscription has been migrated to the Unity Dashboard
If your subscription is housed under the Unity Dashboard and you are the organization Owner, please follow the steps below to see how your subscription will renew:
- Navigate to dashboard.unity3d.com and sign in using your Unity ID credentials.

Using the left-hand menu, click Projects.

Using the left-hand menu, click Subscriptions.

Click on the Unity subscription you want to manage.
- The Overview tab shows when your subscription is due to automatically renew.
