Symptoms:
- I would like to access the Cloud Diagnostics service, but I am unsure how to do this.
- I am currently on Unity Personal and would like to know if I can access Cloud Diagnostics tool.
- I would like to know which paid tiers currently have access to Cloud Diagnostics.
Cause:
Unity currently offers a service called Cloud Diagnostics - a suite of cloud-enabled tool that collects crashes and exceptions across devices and platforms, as well as user generated reports, so that development teams can find and address issues in real time with their projects.
Resolution:
Cloud Diagnostics is available for all Unity users, including customers with Unity Personal.
Cloud Diagnostics Advanced is available for users with Plus or Pro (or higher) subscriptions.
