Symptoms:

I see the error Conflict(409) when signing up for UModeler X.
- I haven't received my confirmation email when signing up for a UModeler X account.

I'm getting a Not Acceptable (406) error when signing up for a UModeler X account.
Resolution:
If you see the error Conflict(409), this means that the email or username you've chosen is already in use by another user. Since email addresses and usernames must be unique, you must pick new account information to complete the signup process.
If you haven’t received your verification email or see the error Not Acceptable (406), this means that your firewall/ antivirus may be blocking the connection. Disable this and try again.
