- I'm not receiving my SMS code to my phone.
- I'm can't log into my account. I'm not getting my TFA verification code.
Currently, Unity is experiencing ongoing issues with SMS messages being delivered to a number of countries globally. Seeing the error message, 'We have encountered an issue during this login attempt. Please contact Unity Support(email@example.com)', means that your telephone number doesn't currently support SMS messaging with Unity's TFA system.
To gain access to your account again, you must contact Customer Experience confirming two of the following security questions;
- Name of Organization.
- Name of recently purchased Asset.
- Phone number linked to your Unity ID.
- The name of one of your projects.
