We are working to resolve this issue. At the moment, the best way to solve it is to completely quit Parsec and restart the app. If that doesn't work, you can also try clearing the user.bin and SID files in the Parsec directory.
These can be found in C:\Users\{YOUR USERNAME ON THE COMPUTER}\AppData\Roaming\Parsec
We are working to resolve this bug, but it probably won't be addressed until after Thanksgiving in the US.
