Symptoms:
- I have an issue downloading an idvinc.set file.
- I need to activate my SpeedTree floating license, but I don't have files to activate it.
- How can I get a configuration file (idvinc.set) and my license file?
Cause:
To proceed with setting up your SpeedTree floating license, you will need two files: idvinc.set and your unique license file.

If you haven't got your license file, please submit a request via our Support form before proceeding with the setup. Please share the below information when you submit a ticket.:
- Product: SpeedTree Floating license
- Company name
- Project name or license number
- A concurrent seat count
- A hostname of the machine that will act as your license server
- A static MAC address from the server machine
- Whether your server machine is virtual or physical
Once you submit a ticket, our Customer Experience Cloud+ team will provide a license within 1 - 3 working days via your ticket.
