Symptoms:
- I want to stop/cancel my Unity Pro trial.
- I don't want to be charged for the Unity Pro subscription.
- Do I need to disable the auto-renew for my Unity Pro trial?
Cause:
You might want to cancel your Unity Pro 30-day free trial to avoid it turning into a paid subscription.
Resolution:
Here's how you can cancel your Unity Pro 30-day free trial:
- Navigate to the Unity Cloud Dashboard.
- Select Administration on the left side of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select Unity Pro.
- Select the Plan management tab, and click Disable autorenewal.
Even after canceling, you'll still have access to Unity Pro for the rest of your trial period.
When you sign up for the Unity Pro trial, you’ll get an email with the subject 'Thank you for starting your Unity Pro free trial' to confirm the start of your trial.
You also receive an email a week before your trial expires with the subject 'Your Unity Pro free trial expires in 7 days.'
If you decide to keep using Unity Pro, you don’t need to do anything. Unity Pro trial subscriptions automatically convert to a paid subscription after the 30-day trial ends.
