Symptoms:
- I received an email from Ziva stating that I am eligible for a 5-year license at no extra cost, but I am unsure how to acquire it.
- I am a current Ziva license user, and I would like to download the 5-year license before it becomes deprecated.
Cause:
Unity has discontinued selling and supporting Ziva Products effective April 2, 2024. Therefore, the current Ziva license users have the option to convert their existing license to a 5-year term to continue using the product beyond the expiration date of the current existing licenses until October 2, 2024.

Note: By downloading the 5-year Ziva license, you accept the Unity Terms of Service. There will be no support, maintenance, or product updates going forward on any of the Ziva products. On October 2th, 2024, you will lose access to the Ziva customer portal, forums and documentation. |
Resolution:
To obtain your 5-year Ziva license, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit the Ziva Store and log in to your Ziva account.
- After logging in, you will be landed on the Licenses page, and click on your active license. You will see the option for the 5-year license at the top of the page.
- Once you accept the Unity Terms of Service, you will see the 'Generate 5-year license' button. Please follow the prompts to download it.
