Network Issue: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try downloading again. Make sure that your vaccine program is not using a VPN, which may cause blockage when accessing the invoice.
Browser Issue: Try accessing the invoice using a different browser, as a certain browser may cause a compatibility issue while trying to access your invoice.
Account Check: Ensure you are logged in with the owner account and that you have selected the correct organization.
