    Hello,

    since a few days its nearly impossible to login to the publisher account. uploading a new packacge to the store is also not possible because it quits uploading after a while ... my internet connection is stable ... what can i do to support completing the upload process?

    Hi, 

     

    it is impossible to sign in into different accounts once youve logged in (and logged out to sign in with another account). The only way to sign in with another unity-account right now is, to clear the cache of the browser or start an incognito tab.

    With regards to your login issue, can you please send us a screenshot of the login page with the error message via https://unity.com/support-services?
