Instant requests are real-time requests that appear on your expert dashboard as soon as customers submit them. You can review these requests and either accept or decline them. If you accept the request, Unity Live Help opens a virtual workspace for you and the customer who posted the request.
Scheduled requests are posted by customers who would like to be helped at a future date and time. The customer selects three time slots for you to choose from. Unity Live Help displays all scheduled requests on your expert dashboard. You can select one date and time out of the three mentioned and confirm the request. Once you confirm, Unity Live Help sends both you and the customer a calendar invite email.
