You can request a full refund within 24 hours of completing the session if you are not satisfied with your expert. You must give valid reasons; a Unity community manager reviews your refund request, including chat transcripts, video, and any other related material.
Please note that if the reviewer notices abusive behavior from you, Unity Live Help reserves the rights to reject the refund claim.
To claim a refund, click the profile icon and select My Requests from the menu.
Click Closed Sessions from the left navigation menu to view all recently closed sessions.
Search the session you’d like to claim a refund for, and click Refund.
Unity Live Help displays a refund request pop-up. Enter the reason for your refund claim and click Submit.
You should receive an acknowledgment email from Unity Live Help. If your request is accepted, the refund is paid within two working days.
