How do I add/modify/remove my credit card information?

    Okay, have been spending the last hour trying to figure out why I've been charged foreign transaction fees for using PayPal with Unity Pro and asset store purchases... 

    After removing all of my payment, it now shows no payment onfile with no way to add additional payment

    Also Billing Info no longer shows on the left menu?

    Hi Yosun, I had the same problem until I added a seat to my organization, for myself (under NEW at the top left).  After I did that, I selected my account, and was able to delete my payment methods.  Then when I went to make a payment, I could add a new payment method. 

    I know this not exactly the solution for you, but I noticed that you have no seats defined for your organization, try creating that first to see if you have more access.

    Hi Yosun,

    I'm sorry to hear that you are getting foreign transaction fees. Since this company was founded in Denmark, our finance team process purchases there. The transaction fees depend on where you bank is located and what type of charges they have in place for transactions processed in another country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this but we are actively working with our payment service to find out solutions to remove this charge for our US customers. 

    Let me know if you have any other question or further problem.

    And how do i remove my credit card? I clicked in the Billing Info at the left navigation menu, and there is no button or anyway to remove my credit card at all

    Thanks for the comment, 

    Can you click 'Payment Method' via your default organization at online dashboard?

    After then, please remove the registered payment method.

    If you cannot delete your credit card information attached to Unity Live Help  can you reach out to us via ?  If it is default payment instrument, which cannot be deleted, then our team will be able to assist you accordingly.

    After I deleted all my old payment methods the "add payment" button disappeared.

    Since this could be related only in your machine, I encourage you to create a ticket for the Customer Service Team. They will have a look at your payment issue closely.

    This is outdated. There is no Billing Info.

    The dashboard doesn't have any of my Payment methods from the Asset Store.

    I'm sorry to hear you are not seeing the option to add a payment method for your Asset store purchases. 

    Just to let you know, if you do not have a subscription attached to your account, you will need to go to the Asset store and make a purchase via the Asset store checkout. It's at this point you can enter your card details. 

    This article is primarily aimed at users with subscriptions which is paid with recurring. So they know how to keep their payment information updated and subscription active.
