Which services can I purchase/pay for using BoaCompra?

Symptoms

• I can’t pay for my subscription with BoaCompra
• I can’t pay for my subscription using BRL
• I get a payment error when trying to pay with BRL

Cause

As of May 2019, Unity no longer accepts payment for monthly subscriptions using BoaCompra or BRL.

Resolution

You can still use BoaCompra for prepaid Unity Plus/Pro Subscriptions at Unity Store.
We do not accept BRL as a payment method for Unity Teams Advanced subscriptions or any other product that has no minimum commitment period.

Alternatively, you can opt to pay using a different currency such as USD.
