- I have been asked to provide log files to Artomatix Support. Where can I find them?
To view the ArtEngine log files, you will need to make sure that hidden files and folders are visible in your Operating System.
In Windows 10, you can make hidden files visible by going to Control Panel > File Explorer Options > View, and under Advanced Settings, find and enable the option Show hidden files, folders and drives.
Once this is done, you can find the log files in the following folder:
