How does Plastic SCM cloud backup work?

Answer:

The Plastic SCM cloud system runs an automatic daily backup for the metadata stored at the cloud servers. We run the backup during the less active hours for each organization as while the backup runs the organization is set to read-only access. It usually takes around 10-60 seconds to complete.

The last 3 days backups are kept for each cloud organization.

If you ever need to recover a backup please contact support and we will take care of it.
