How does Unity Version Control (formerly known as Plastic SCM) cloud backup work?

Answer:

The Unity Version Control System (UVCS) runs an automatic daily backup for the metadata stored at the cloud servers. We run the backup during the less active hours for each organization as while the backup runs the organization is set to read-only access. It usually takes around 10-60 seconds to complete.

The last 3 days' backups are kept for each cloud organization.
