Answer:
We issue Plastic SCM invoices seven days before the renewal date, and send the invoice to you by email beforehand.
By receiving this, you can verify the details on the invoice are correct and request changes if needed, such as user reduction, before we generate the final invoice. This change will take effect on the next renewal invoice.
