- I have updated my card details for my Plastic SCM subscription, can you force the charge again?
Answer:
The system tries a new attempt to complete the charge every three days.
There are a total of four attempts before the subscription is automatically canceled.
If this happens and you have 'Cloud Edition', you can reactivate your subscription by clicking on the reactivation button on your dashboard.
If you have an 'On-premise Edition', you will need to make a new purchase from the store page.
