- I have updated my card details for my legacy Unity Version Control (previously Plastic SCM) Cloud Edition subscription. Can you force the charge again?
Answer:
The system tries a new attempt to complete the charge every three days.
There are a total of four attempts before the subscription is automatically canceled.
If your Cloud Edition subscription is automatically canceled, reactivate your subscription by selecting the reactivation button on the legacy dashboard.
If you have an on-premise subscription, a new purchase needs to be made. Contact Unity Sales for more information.
