- We have a Plastic SCM on-premise subscription (Team Edition or Enterprise Subscription). Can we have two different contacts on our account, one for payment and another one for admin?
Only the account owner has access to the payment information, as well as managing the account's license.
We suggest the below workaround which many of our customers use to manage their licenses:
- First, create an email alias and use that to manage Plastic SCM licenses (e.g. 'sw_licenses@' / 'plasticscm_license@' etc).
- Second, add to this alias the desired recipients so that they can receive the notifications.
- Then, register this email alias on our registration page.
- Finally, we can change the current email owner for the new one.
