Symptoms:
- I have been playing a game that stated I would receive an actual cash payout, but I did not get this. What do I do?
- I have been using a 'Made With Unity' (MWU) app/ game, and I think it is fraudulent.
- I need to report a scam game/ app.
Cause:
Unity Technologies provides world-class tools for content creators to develop, operate, and monetize their games and applications.
Beyond making these development tools available to the market, Unity Technologies has no affiliation with the creators of many MWU titles and does not otherwise own or control the development or operation of these games. As such, we can't help you with this issue.
Resolution:
We understand your confusion because the game/app you are using was probably created with a free version of our game engine, and our logo would have appeared on start-up (also known as a splash screen).
If you have a problem with a MWU game or app, we suggest you contact the game developer to find a solution.
Contact information is typically found within the application's settings or on the relevant app store page.
On the other hand, if you consider that a MWU game or app engages in fraudulent behavior or is giving false information, you can flag or report it directly to the store where you downloaded the game/app (for example, the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store).
To flag a Google app/game, follow the steps in the link: Flag apps, games, or music as inappropriate.
To report/flag a game/app in the Apple app store, follow the steps outlined in the link: Flag an app in the Apple store.

This is completely wrong! I am a single mother who fell victim of this scam spending countless hours thinking I would get help paying rent to put a roof over my newborns head and all they did was waste my time and give me false hope making me slip into a depression. Honestly curse you! Curse whoever made this! You are taking advantage of innocent people for your own benefit. Stupid Americans right? It's all fun and games for you, karma is real.

I do understand how these things can cause some inconvenience. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide support or assistance in regards to your issue as Unity did not develop or publish the game you’re referring to. Depending on where you purchased this game from (Apple/Google Play Store/Steam etc) you should be able to find the correct publisher details on the marketplace you purchased from.

I'm a single mother of two teenagers. There needs to stop these fraudulent games. I not only played your games but watched about 40 hours of ads for more fraudulent games. Shane on you!!

If I download a game and I see "Unity"I uninstall it immediately as it's a waste of time and obviously a fake game. Cause I have never received any of the money that I won playing any of their games!🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎👎

You can forget reporting to Google play store.. they are useless to. I have tried this and after a while they don't even answer you anymore! These are ALL FAKE GAMES and the gaming developers know this! They are just in it for the money for themselves..no matter what.
I have been playing more than one game created by unity and still haven't received any money specifically when it says they payout to cash app and PayPal and here I am 100,000 dollars in different games if not higher on the money and can't get them to actually pay out at this time I don't think they should be able to get away with this any longer
I have also fell victim to these fraudulent payout games. On so many of them waisting several hours constantly being promised that of I watch certain adds or if I play this game I will win money deposited to my PayPal account and I have played and played under the devastating assumption that im going to win money and I mean I am owed around $4,000.00. There is no way google should keep allowing these developers to continue to keep these fraudulent games up and they know what their doing but yet refuse to do something about it. It really is a crying shame that we as citizens can't get any justice with the thing called proof or evidence anymore these days. Every Consumer Agency out here continues to turn a blind eye on a serious complaint like this. Then when it get picked up by an attorney, they the attorneys will be the only ones benefiting from our losses. They'll receive 1million each and us the plaintiffs will receive $11 bucks each or a wang Google gift card for the play store. Not funny at all . Need to hit up the FTC and send this list of people to them. Seems only time they want to do something of its a mass of people been targeted or fell victim to the crazy scam.
