Symptoms:
- I would like to change the URL on my Unity Play profile.
- The URL on my Unity Play profile contains my real name, how do I hide this?
- The URL on my Unity Play profile is not correct. Can I update this?
Cause:
URLs on the Unity Play platform are generated automatically using real names. You may wish to keep this information private.
Resolution:
Although changes into the system to use usernames for URL generation are on the roadmap for improvement, there is currently no estimated time for development.
In the meantime, you can contact Customer Service and we will make the changes you want to your URL manually.
Please note: URL's must be a minimum of eight characters long and be unique.
