Symptoms:
- I have an existing Unity account and I want to use it to sign up for the Unity Educator plan.
Cause:
When signing up for the Unity Educator plan, you will be prompted to either create a new Unity ID, or log in to your existing Unity ID.
Resolution:
You can use the Unity Educator plan with your existing Unity ID.
To do this, simply sign up for the Unity Educator plan by logging into your Unity ID when prompted.
Once verified by SheerID, you can activate your new license through your Preferences in the Unity Hub using the license key you receive by email and following the steps in the article 'How do I activate my license?'.
Please note: you can only associate one Unity ID with your Unity Educator Plan.
