- I no longer want to subscribe to OneSignal.
- I have no use for my OneSignal subscription anymore.
- I would like to delete my account.
- I would like to change my subscription payment plan.
- I would like to downgrade to OneSignal’s Free Plan.
Our Growth and Pro sub subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew each month, but you can cancel at any time.
Enterprise plans are generally annual agreements and are subject to the cancellation terms specified in the contract.
If you are on the Free, Growth or Pro plan and want to completely delete your account:
Deleting your account from OneSignal will only delete your specific email from our database. It will not delete Apps or downgrade your Paid Plan. Before deletion, make sure to do the following:
- Downgrade to free if you’re on a paid plan (Growth or Pro). Deleting your account does not downgrade you to free automatically.
- Delete Apps - make sure to delete the data if no one else on your team is using it and you don't want the data stored in OneSignal.
- In the top-right of your OneSignal Dashboard, click the profile icon > Account & API Keys.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete your account". Again, if you have a paid plan, make sure to downgrade your account first.
If you are on the Growth or Pro plans and want to downgrade your account:
You can view and edit billing information under Organizations > Your Paid Organization Name > Billing.
You can downgrade your plan type at any time:
Select Options > Downgrade to Free > verify your Organization Name (check for spaces).
Starter Plans can downgrade to free anytime. See our Billing FAQ for more details.
Please note: Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period. If you downgrade, your account will lose access to the premium features in your current tier.
If you are on the Enterprise Plan and want to end your agreement after your current contract:
Please contact email@example.com with your full Company Name and billing email if available.
