Symptoms:
- What happens if the monthly average Daily Active Users (DAU) of my app exceeds the quota included in my Usercentrics plan?
Cause:
My App might exceed the average DAU quota indicated in the Usercentrics plan.
Resolution:
At the end of each billing cycle, if the session quota of the customer’s plan is exceeded, Usercentrics reserves the right to bill extra fees starting at a rate of € 1 per 1,000 daily active users (DAU).
For example, if at the end of the month your average is 6500 DAU, the extra daily active users will be calculated as follows: (6500 - 6000)*30. In this case, the additional fee will be (15000/1000)*€1.00 = € 15.
