Bug reports are really important to us. They are what make our products better every day.
If you want to help us improve our products, please file a ticket. Along with the report, please attach, wherever possible;
- A log file recording what happened: open your product, replicate the issue, and send us the lastSession.log file at:
C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Roaming/<Your-Pixyz-product>/
(This file does not contain any sensitive data.) - If possible, please send us the 3D model or a sample file on which the issue occurs. This is the most efficient way for us to fix bugs.
More Information:
It is possible that the bug you discovered has already been reported and that a patch has been deployed. Please ensure you're running the latest version of your Pixyz product.
