- I am using Pixyz, but I encounter abnormal results or behavior of the software on a specific file.

Bug reports are really important to us. They are what make our products better every day.
If you want to help us improve our products, please file a ticket. Along with the report, please attach, wherever possible;
- A log file recording what happened: open your product, replicate the issue, and send us the lastSession.log file at: C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Roaming/<Your-PiXYZ-product>/(This file does not contain any sensitive data.)
- If possible, please send us the 3d model or a sample file on which the issue occurs. This is the most efficient way for us to fix bugs.
It is possible that the bug you discovered has already been reported and that a patch has been deployed.
