Managed Game Server Hosting (Clanforge) - What does the percentage usage for CPU mean, and how is it calculated?

This value is the percentage of one “core” of the machine that is being used for a particular server instance. It is calculated by taking the base CPU frequency of the machine and then calculating the percentage of this that an instance is using.
