    Thank you for your recent comment. I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about Unity and its practises.

    I can see from our system that you have submitted a ticket with us which is in the hands of my colleague. I am sorry that you have not had a reply to your emails already. We are experiencing a very busy period at the moment so some replies may be delayed.

    Just to clarify, Unity does not actually create any games ourselves, we simply develop the tools and game engine software that allow individuals and companies to create games and mobile applications. The same is also true for any game rewards or cash prizes. These are provided by the developer of the same.

    Unity has no affiliation with the creators of any games, so if you are having a problem with a game you have been playing, you will need to contact the developer of the game directly.

    My colleague will cover this subject in more depth for you via email.

    Lastly, in regards to approving comments, there may be some cases where our system flags certain comments and may not be published immediately, pending review, however this is not a common occurrence.

    Unity Gaming Services works on a metered billing usage basis, so is not necessarily a set price, depending on a few things.
