Symptoms:
- I can not get data from the HP Omnicept HMD.

Resolution:
If your application is not receiving any data, we recommend checking the following:
- Your licensing information is correct.
- Your application has been approved on the Tray Application.
If after checking that the above information is correct, you're still having trouble receiving data, we recommend trying the Omnicept Simulator to check that it’s a headset problem.
