Symptoms:
Users attempting to click on Analytics in the dashboard are greeted with the following error:
"Unexpected error occurred when trying to show content"
The console displays the following errors:
Resolution:
- Disable any adblockers that may be enabled in the browser.
- Clear Unity cookies & sign out and back into Unity Dashboard.
- Verify that proper permissions are given to the customer.
If the above suggestions do not prove fruitful please open a ticket with the support team for further investigation.
