Symptoms
- Transactions do not complete on Apple's Sandbox Testing Environment.
Cause
This can happen when the Sandbox store is down for maintenance. Sometimes it can also be caused when the Sandbox test account becomes corrupted.
Resolution
Please search on the Apple Developer Forums for any Sandbox status concerns, or create a new Sandbox Test Account.
