A Plastic SCM Cloud subscription may lapse if the associated credit card expires, disabling the Unity Version Control organization. To reactivate, the subscription owner must visit plasticscm.com, access the Plastic SCM Dashboard, select the lapsed subscription, and update payment details within 90 days. After reactivation, access to UVCS features is restored. For issues, contact support via cloud.unity.com.
Symptoms:
My Plastic SCM Cloud subscription lapsed because my credit card expired.
I need to reactivate my Plastic SCM Cloud subscription.
I'm getting the error message "Organization "MyOrg" is disabled. Please activate it from your dashboard at plasticscm.com"
Cause:
The subscription lapsed because the credit card associated with the Plastic SCM Cloud subscription expired. When the payment method cannot be charged, the subscription becomes inactive, which disables the associated organization.
Resolution:
This resolution is only applicable to Legacy Plastic SCM subscriptions.
If your cloud organization was originally created through plasticscm.com, the subscription owner can reactivate it from the Plastic SCM Dashboard.
To reactivate your subscription:
- Go to plasticscm.com.
- Open the Plastic SCM Dashboard.
- Navigate to Subscriptions.
- Select the lapsed subscription.
- Click Reactivate.
- Update your payment method if prompted, then confirm reactivation.
Once reactivated, your Plastic SCM Cloud organization will be enabled again, and you will regain access to Unity Version Control features.
The grace period is currently 90 days (and may be subject to change in the future). After this grace period, reactivation will no longer be possible.
If you are still experiencing issues reactivating your subscription, please file a ticket via cloud.unity.com > DevOps > Help and Support.
