When creating Walmart Immersive SDK Product Packages, "Something Went Wrong" errors indicate invalid SKUs. Workaround: Search and select the item; if details don’t appear, the product is unsupported.
Symptoms
While using the Walmart Immersive SDK on the cloud.unity.com dashboard. While creating a Product Package > Standard Package,
When selecting an item and clicking on create an error "Something Went Wrong, please try again" will appear when selecting certain products.
Resolution
Some products are missing SKU information, but still appear on the list of available products.
A workaround is to search for the item before adding it, select the product, and see if details appear. If product details appear, the item is available and can be sold through the Walmart Immersive SDK. If the error appears, this means the SKU at Walmart is no longer valid.
