Overview:
Unity Pipeline Automation is a Unity Cloud service for creating, triggering, and monitoring pipelines that use Unity and third‑party services. It helps teams automate repetitive, compute‑intensive, or integration‑heavy workflows across RT3D production and live operations. With Unity Pipeline Automation, you can:
- Create custom pipelines composed of multiple steps and dependencies
- Run pipelines on demand or automatically based on schedules and events
- Use Asset Manager apps and other tools for asset transformation and processing
- Configure resources, secrets, and inputs per step for secure and scalable execution
- Parameterize pipelines with system and reference parameters for reuse
- Monitor jobs, review logs, and troubleshoot failures in the Unity Dashboard
- Integrate with Unity Cloud Virtual Private Cloud deployments for secure environments
You access Unity Pipeline Automation from the Unity Dashboard under Products>Tools. It works alongside Unity Asset Manager, Unity Asset Transformer, and other Unity Cloud tools to support automated content and data workflows.
