Unity Studio trial is a free 30-day trial plan that do not require a credit card to start.
Because the trial does not include an active paid subscription or recurring billing setup, there is currently no separate cancellation step required. Your access to Unity Studio will automatically end once the 30-day trial period expires unless you decide to purchase a paid Unity Studio subscription.

How to upgrade Unity Studio during the trial?
If you would like to continue using Unity Studio with a paid subscription after the trial period, you can upgrade the full version by following on the steps.
- Navigate to cloud.unity.com and sign in using your Unity ID credentials.
- Select Administration, then My Products.
- Select your Unity Studio Trial.
- Go to the Payment Plan section, then click Upgrade.
- On the Plan Configuration page, set your seat count, then review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click Continue to Checkout.
- Review your renewal settings and payment method, then select Pay.
