- I'm a current Unity Pro, Unity Enterprise, or Unity Industry subscriber. How do I access my new benefits?
- I'm getting an error 'No MARS subscription found for the current user. Users must purchase a subscription from the online store.', but I am a Unity Pro, Enterprise, Industry subscriber.
- I understand that Unity Mars is included with the Unity Pro, Enterprise, Industry license. Could you please specify which version is available for use?
Cause:
As of October 13, 2022, Unity Mars is included with all Unity Pro, Unity Enterprise, and Unity Industry subscription licenses.
Therefore, Unity Pro/Enterprise/Industry subscribers have the entitlement to Unity Mars.
Resolution:
From October 13, 2022, Unity Mars is automatically provided alongside all qualifying subscriptions.
Unity Mars entitlement is available to Unity Pro, Enterprise, and Industry users starting from version 1.5.0. To access your entitlement, please install or update to Unity Mars 1.5.0.
