Cause:
As of October 13, 2022, Unity Mars is included with all Unity Pro, Unity Enterprise, and Unity Industrial Collection subscriptions.
Resolution:
Customers who purchased a Unity Mars subscription 'offline' with our managed sales team should contact their Unity client partner directly.
For customers who have purchased a Unity Mars subscription via the online store, please contact the customer experience team to discuss your Unity Mars subscription options.
