How can I enable/disable Cloud Diagnostics in code?

Symptoms:

I want to allow users to turn on/off Cloud Diagnostics inside the app/game

Cause:

The reasons for giving the options people are:

Allow users of the game to toggle this functionality on and off
Allow the developer to enable Cloud Diagnostics on different devices, versions etc

Resolution:

You can enable/disable Cloud Diagnostics with bool CrashReportHandler.enableCaptureExceptions.
