When you submit a request to our system, you’ll receive standard update emails for activity on the ticket, such as new comments, new participants, approval requests, and status updates. While these updates are useful for making sure you don’t miss any critical information, sometimes circumstances change and you may want to unsubscribe from ticket update emails. You can opt-out of ticket notifications by following the instructions below.
To opt-in and opt-out of notifications in the customer portal:

From our customer portal, select Requests → Customer notifications.

Choose the request whose notifications you want to opt-in or opt-out of.

Select either Get notifications or Don't notify me, besides the eye icon.
To opt-out of notifications in email, click the link Turn off this request's notifications at the bottom of the email.
